Sitting group: Every Tuesday at 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm. £5. Pay on the door or via The Sanctuary. This is included in The Sanctuary pass.

Lunchtime meditation: Every Tuesday at 12.15 to 12.45. £3. Pay on the door or via The Sanctuary. This is included in The Sanctuary pass.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction:

  • Taster sessions: Sunday 15th and 29th September at 10.30 am to 11.30. Free.
  • Course: Sunday 6th October at 10.30 am to 1.00 pm for 8 weeks, with a one week break on 3rd November, ending on 1st December. £200 for the course (concessions available).

  • Taster sessions: Thursday 5th and 12th September at 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm. Free.
  • Course: Thursday 19th September at 6.30 pm to 8.45 pm for 8 weeks, ending on 14th November. £200 for the course (concessions available).

  • 1.15 to 2.15 – Introduction to Mindful Self Compassion
