The following will be offered online using Zoom, starting on the week commencing 23rd March 2020. Click on the link and follow the instructions. You can either download the Zoom app, or run the session from the browser – hopefully it will be clear.

 

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course

We will be running an MBSR course on Friday morning, from 10.00 am to midday. There will be an orientation meeting on Friday 26th February, and the course will run over 8 sessions in March and April, with a break on Good Friday. Read more about the course HERE.

Please note, this is not a drop-in class. You must sign up for it and should attend all 8 sessions.
