Welcome to Mindfulness Wakefield. We are here to provide mindfulness and meditation sessions principally to people in Wakefield and the surrounding area, but anyone is welcome. By offering a range of classes, from “drop in” meditations, to formal structured programmes, we want to make available the benefits of mindfulness to everyone.

Mindfulness Wakefield is now online

Particularly during the pandemic, all are welcome to the scheduled sessions, wherever you are. All you need is a computer, phone or tablet and the Zoom app. They are offered for free, but donations towards costs are welcome.

Evening Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation Group meets almost every Tuesday at 7.30 pm for an hour.  Suggested donation £5 per session (or £3 for concessions) – you can just turn up and pay on the night. Typically we will do a sitting meditation, some gentle movement, and another meditation.
