Apps

Some people find that apps for their smart phone can be very helpful in developing and sustaining their practice.

Here are some suggestions:

  • The Oxford Mindfulness Centre App that is designed for people following an MBCT course. However, the meditations on there can be used by anyone to support their meditation practice.
  • Headspace have an app that many find helpful, often as a first way in to mindfulness.
  • Insight Timer has some guided meditations and is a great way of timing your own meditations.
