Sitting Group, 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm Tuesday evenings, starting 14th Jan through to 31st March. £5, concessions available.

Introduction to Mindfulness, 6.00 pm to 6.45 pm Tuesday Evening, starting 4th February through to 31st March. £5, concessions available.

Learn about mindfulness, how it helps with stress, how it can be brought into daily life, and how to do mindfulness meditation and movement; this is a drop in course but to get the full benefit do try to attend all. If you want to experience some longer mindfulness practice, stay for the sitting group that follows.

Introduction to Buddhism, 6.30 to 8.30 pm Monday evening starting 13th January through to 2nd March, £7, concessions available.

Learn about Buddhism, and find out some of the origins of modern secular mindfulness.

Mindful Self Compassion, Thursday evening 6.00 to 8.30. 1 hour tasters on 23rd and 30th Jan, 13th Feb, £5. Full 8 week course starts 20th Feb for 8 weeks plus a retreat session  (Easter break on 2nd and 9th April). £180, concessions available.

Mindfulness Day Retreat, 10 am to 4.00 pm, Saturday 18th January, Saturday 22nd February, £25, concessions available.

An opportunity to experience guided mindfulness practice for a day. Apart from the guidance, the day will be held in silence – silent breaks will be part of the experience. You can bring lunch or go out for lunch. Refreshments provided.

5 Element Yoga, 2.00 pm to 3.30pm, Sunday 19th January, Sunday 23rd February. £10, Concessions available.

Learn this gentle moving yoga. The practices are all standing, and similar to Qigong. It encourages deeper breathing and flexibility, while developing an awareness of the body. This will be taught as a mindful movement practice.
