Our aim is to make mindfulness as accessible as possible. So our door is open to everyone.

We generally have a “charge” for a course or event, but if you can’t afford something then it is ok to pay less or nothing at all. We are not out to make a profit – we just want to pay the rent.

We ask you to respect the centre and others you meet there.
